Our Services

Our team brings over 30 years of combined expertise to every stage of a project, helping clients manage the complexities of design, budgeting, materials, coordination, scheduling and construction.

At the beginning of the collaboration process, we determine the type of workflow and project structure based on your business needs — whether you are a production millwork shop or an individual project client.

T-ONE provides workflow support services designed to help millwork production companies improve internal project coordination, production efficiency, and operational workflow.

We understand that inside the structure of many production companies, each stage of the workflow is managed by separate positions and departments, requiring significant monthly operational costs for each responsibility.

T-ONE is built to simplify this process by transforming speed, accuracy, workflow coordination, and operational costs from four separate departments into one connected support system.

As a business owner, you no longer need to worry about managing every stage of the production workflow internally. T-ONE helps simplify this process by turning the cost of maintaining multiple departments into one organized collaboration model designed around efficiency, coordination, and reliable execution.

Our team simultaneously supports multiple stages of the production process, including:

• Site Measurement Management
• Project Supervision Support
• Drafting & Shop Drawings
• Cut Ticket Preparation

For additional client confidence and project security, T-ONE also operates with service insurance coverage designed to help protect companies from workflow mistakes, project issues, or potential financial losses.

The T-ONE team is built by specialists with more than 30 years of combined experience in millwork production, project management, and woodworking operations.

We understand the needs of our clients and the importance of accuracy before the production and drafting process begins.

In this stage, our team performs on-site measurements either to verify field dimensions and carefully review architectural plans for production accuracy, or to support individual clients who require precise measurements before the design process starts.

Whether the project requires production verification, design preparation, or pre-construction measurement support, T-ONE provides accurate local measurement services designed to reduce mistakes, improve workflow efficiency, and support smoother project execution.

Professional shop drawings and drafting preparation are developed to support project coordination, visualization, and production accuracy.

T-ONE provides complete architectural drafting services for millwork projects and operates with multiple drafters inside the organization to support different project scales and production needs.

Our workflow is designed to help clients receive organized, production-ready drawings with accurate detailing and efficient coordination throughout the drafting process.

However, our services are not limited only to drafting. Inside the T-ONE system, we also provide 3D design support for clients who require project visualization, presentation preparation, or detailed design development before production.

Depending on the needs of the client and the project scope, custom 3D design services can also be included as part of the workflow process.

Drafts, revisions, dimensions, and project details are carefully reviewed together before the project moves into the production preparation stage.

After the shop drawings are completed, the drawing package is submitted to the production company for internal review and customer approval. During this stage, the factory and client review dimensions, materials, details, layouts, and production requirements to ensure the project is fully approved before manufacturing begins.

T-ONE stays connected throughout this process and supports revisions, drawing updates, and coordination adjustments whenever required.

Once the project receives final approval from the factory and customer side, the workflow moves into the next stage: Cut Ticket Preparation and Production Coordination.

This approval process is designed to reduce production mistakes, improve communication between departments, and help ensure smoother manufacturing workflow with higher accuracy and better project organization.

Final cut tickets and production-ready files are carefully prepared to help streamline the manufacturing workflow, improve production organization, and reduce operational mistakes during the fabrication process.

After the project receives final approval, the cut ticket package is prepared and delivered to the cutting department inside the factory production system for manufacturing and panel processing.

Once the cutting stage is completed, a responsible representative from T-ONE reviews and carefully inspects the produced parts directly inside the production line to verify dimensions, labels, material usage, cutting accuracy, and overall production quality.

This additional control process is designed to help reduce production errors, improve workflow accuracy, and support smoother coordination between drafting, cutting, and assembly departments.

After all parts are reviewed and approved, the project moves into the packaging and delivery preparation stage.

This complete workflow represents the full T-ONE process — a system built around continuous support, organized communication, production accuracy, and detailed project supervision at every stage.

Through this workflow structure, T-ONE helps companies improve production speed, increase operational accuracy, optimize internal workflow processes, and significantly reduce ongoing production and coordination costs.
